Delivery of a heavy tanker fire-fighting vehicle for transporting water 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy tanker-type firefighting vehicle for transporting water. 2. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ: 3.Place of execution orders, end user: - District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Stalowa Wola; 4. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1. 5. The Ordering Party requires that: the offered subject of the order was brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate the parts in the offer orders, the execution of which will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 8. The order will be implemented on the terms specified in the contract templates, which constitute Annex No. 8 to this ToR. 9. Możliwość changes to the contract and the terms of the change are included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
