1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 70, 000 liters of light fuel oil with the option to increase the quantity to 30, 000 liters, meeting the parameters of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2011 in 2026 to the School Complex in Szczekociny with its registered office at street Spacerowa 12, 42-445 Szczekociny.2. Detailed requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order: 1) Transport of fuel oil to the headquarters of the Ordering Party must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions regulating the transport of liquid fuels, at the expense and Contractor's risk. Until the Ordering Party's tank is filled and the receipt of the fuel oil delivery is confirmed in the transport document, the risk of any dangers related to possible damage or loss of fuel oil is borne by the Contractor.2) Oil The fuel constituting the subject of the order will be delivered by the Contractor in a tanker truck with sealed chambers, equipped with a certified filler nozzle (distributor) measuring the amount of fuel oil in liters.3) The fuel oil delivered must be it meets the following quality requirements: a) density at 150C: max 860 kg/m3b) calorific value: min...
