Tender Details

The subject of the order is: delivery of fuel oil for heating purposes to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, 32. BLT Łask. The planned place, delivery dates and quantities of the ordered heating oil are included in the "Order description - Delivery plan" constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to postpone individual batches of deliveries in the following months. The minimum size of a single delivery is 15, 000 liters of heating oil. The oil supplied must meet the requirements quality specified in the standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 (or equivalent), and have the following parameters: calorific value: min. 42, 600 kJ/kg, flash point: min. 56°C, density at 15°C: max. 860 kg/m3; sulfur content % (m/m): max. 0.2%; temperature solidification: not higher than minus 20°C; The estimated amount of oil that the Ordering Party plans to order under the concluded contract is 795.00 m3 (scope of the "basic order"). The quantity and delivery dates are indicative and the actual quantity of oil ordered is indicative fuel is limited by the gross amount (the amount that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order) and will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its ability to store the subject of the order.
