Delivery of heating oil 1. The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil (CPV: 09135100-5) intended for combustion in heating furnaces - in the amount of 212, 000 liters. 2. Light fuel oil must meet all the requirements specified in current as at the date of delivery, applicable regulations and standards, including in particular the requirements of PN-C-96024 Petroleum products Fuel oils in the scope of light fuel oil L-1 and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008). Light fuel oil meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 28, 2022 on marking and coloring of energy products (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2633). 3. The subject of the order must have a quality certificate - provided with each delivery of goods - confirming that the offered heating oil meets applicable requirements. 4.
