1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil in 2026: 1.1. Delivery of light fuel oil in the amount of approx. 70, 000 liters to the following facilities: a. Commune Office in Rociszewo 15, 000 litersb. Municipal Cultural Center in Rociszewo 15, 000 liters. Primary School in Rociszewie 25, 000 liters. Primary School in ukoma 15, 000 litersW/w oil demand was determined on the basis of consumption in the previous heating season. The ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the order depending on the actual order wear and tear (more or less frosty winter). 1.2. The oil must meet the quality requirements according to the applicable standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 grade L1 and the regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008) and are characterized by the following parameters: a.
