1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of light fuel oil for the needs of the Municipal Utilities Plant in Brusy in a maximum quantity of 230, 000.00 liters, but not less than 150, 000.00 liters. The oil offered by the Contractor must meet the requirements of the applicable standard. PN-C-96024.2020-12 Petroleum products. Fuel oils meet the following requirements: Properties Value Unit Heating value not lower than 42, 000 kJ/kg Temp. ignition temperature not lower than 56 C Density at 15 C not higher than 0.86 g/ml Pour temperature not higher than -20 C Viscosity kinematic at 20C not more than 6 mm2/s Fractional composition up to 250C distils not more than 65%(V/V) Fractional composition up to 350C distils not less than 85%(V/V) Water content not more than 200 mg/kg Sulfur content not more than 0.1%(m/m) Solids content alien bodies not greater than 24 mg/Kg Remaining after coking in 10% pos. dest. not higher than 0.3% (m/m) Remaining after incineration not greater than 0.01% (m/m) Red color 2.
