1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment, software and services carried out as part of the project titled: SKALPEL (System of Computer Medical and Nursing Applications - eLeczenie 2. The order is implemented from the funds of the National Reconstruction Plan i Increased immunity as part of activity D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency and quality of the health care system". 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
