1. The subject of the order is the supply of hardware platforms for basic specialist training - 22 pcs. The items listed in the OPZ table (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ) constitute 1 set (1 pc. of hardware platform for implementation of specialist training at the basic level). The entire subject of the order includes 22 sets (22 pieces of hardware platforms for basic specialist training). 2. The Ordering Party requires that: the delivered equipment constituting the subject of the order was brand new, unused, undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready for use and met the standards required by Polish law and was free from defects legal. 3. The method of transport and packaging of the equipment must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor is responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. Delivery of each 1 piece of hardware platform for implementation specialist training provided in the basic scope (set shown in the table), described in Annex 4 to the SWZ, must be delivered to the organizational units of the State Treasury specified in the procurement documents. 5. The ordering party does not allows the submission of partial offers.
