1. The subject of the order is the supply of hardware platforms for basic specialist training - 22 pieces.
The items listed in the OPZ table (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) constitute 1 set (1 piece of hardware platform for specialized training carried out at the basic level).
The entire subject of the order includes 22 sets (22 pieces of hardware platforms for basic specialist training).
2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered equipment constituting the subject of the order be brand new, unused, and found was undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready for use and met the standards required by Polish law and was free from legal defects.
For damage caused by improper conduct packaging and/or transport is the responsibility of the Contractor.
4. The delivery of each 1 piece of hardware platform for the implementation of specialized training at the basic level (set shown in the table), described in Annex 4 to the SWZ, must be delivered to the following units organizational issues of the State Treasury
5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
