1. The Barangay Agawa Local Government Unit, through the Community-Driven Development (CDD) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos and Eight Centavos, (341, 250.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for Hardware Materials and Aggregates of Construction of Drainage Canal (Sakdowan-Bengaw), AGA-2026-06-01A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Agawa Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
