1. The subject of the order is the supply of a hardware firewall with performance parameters equivalent to or higher than the FortiGate 200F device. The subject of the order is detailed in Annex 10 to the specifications of the order conditions. The order is co-financed by the European Union as the implementation of the contract number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/1688/FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2024 for entrusting a grant Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system grant competition under the Project Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd grant number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23, concluded between the Buyer and the State Treasury, on whose behalf Centrum Projektw Polska Cyfrowa operates, with its registered office in Warsaw, 01-044 at ul.
