The subject of the public procurement is "Supply of hardware and software products in 2 (two) separate items", as follows: Specific item No. 1: "Activities to upgrade and expand data storage systems of the NSI" Specific item no 2: "Provision of a notification system for employees of the Ministry of Energy and employees of commercial companies from the "Energy" sector *** The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 228, 470.00 excluding VAT, allocated by separate items as follows: - Estimated value of Separate Item No. 1 - EUR 209, 430.00, excluding VAT; - Estimated value of Separate Item No. 2 - EUR 19, 040.00, excluding VAT. *** The public procurement is conducted on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, in connection with art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" of the Law for public procurement (PP). Bids shall be submitted only under Special Item No. 1. Separate position No. 2 will be awarded in the order valid for its respective individual value in connection with art. 21, para. 6 of ZOP - through the method of direct assignment, on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code.
