1. The subject of the order is the supply of a hand-held, portable Raman spectrometer for the identification of chemical substances, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter. XIX SWZ and Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The ordering party allows entrusting the execution of part of the order to a Subcontractor.4. The Ordering Party shall indicate in the offer the Contractor the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, as well as the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
