1. The subject of the order is the supply of a gradient thermal cycler for the Medical University of Gdańsk. The purchase will be carried out as part of the project entitled: Diagnostics of a high-grade brain tumor using liquid biopsy and machine learning - co-financing agreement no. FENG.02.02-IP.05-0053/24.2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 3 to this ToR.3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) be brand new, free from any defects and damage, without prior use and was not subject to the rights of third parties, b) was manufactured after January 1, 2025, c) meets all standards imposed on such goods by Polish law, d) has a CE declaration of conformity or a CE certificate confirming that delivered products meet specific standards or technical specifications. The Ordering Party accepts an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another Member State of the European Economic Area, 4.
