1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages:
Package 1: Delivery of an ultrasonic cleaner,
Package 2: Dewar vessel delivery,
Package 3: Delivery of a microbiological incubator,
Package 4: Delivery of transilluminators,
Package 5: Delivery of multifunction meters.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the number, type and requirements, was specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.5 to the SWZ, respectively, for Package 1 - 5.
3. Responsibilities of the Contractor it will be necessary to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
