Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the supply of general -olaboratory devices broken down into part of the order, called packages:

Package 1 - Delivery of a ball homogenizer,

Package 2 - Delivery of a low -temperature freezer,

Package 3 - Delivery of infrared spectrophotometer with software and equipment,

Package 4 - Delivery of the melting point measuring apparatus,

Package 5 - Delivery of a laboratory glass dish with equipment,

Package 6 - Delivery of a vertical electrophoresis set.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, with a detail as to the type and requirements In the forms of the required technical conditions, constituting respectively for the package 1 - 6 Annexes 2.1 - 2.6 to SWZ.

3. The contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.

4. Delivery of the item Orders will take place to:

Package 3 and 4 - Department of Organic Chemistry and physical ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warsaw;

Package 5 - Department of Pharmaceutical and Bioanalysis Microbiology, ul. Banacha 1b, 02-097 Warsaw;

Package 6 - Laboratory Medicine Department, ul. Banacha 1a, 02-097 Warsaw.
