Delivery of gas fuel for units of the Office of Technical Inspection The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E, CN code 2711 21 00, for heating purposes, as part of a comprehensive service, to the Ordering Party's facilities, on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - in the Designed ones Provisions of the Agreement (template agreement). The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E, CN code 2711 21 00, for heating purposes, as part of a comprehensive service, to the Ordering Party's facilities, on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (template contract). The forecast consumption of gas fuel is 7, 866, 000 kWh for 22 gas energy consumption points belonging to the Office of Technical Inspection. The contract is concluded for a period of 25 months or until the gross contractual amount is exhausted. The delivery of gas fuel will last 24 months the date of acceptance of the notification by the DSO.
