Delivery of a gas chromatography set with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer along with equipment, software, installation, commissioning and training of employees of the WSSE in Krakow 1. The subject of the order is purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of a gas chromatography set with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer along with equipment and software, hereinafter referred to as the "chromatograph" or "equipment" for the registered office of the Ordering Party indicated in the description of the subject of the order, i.e.: Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Krakow, ul. Prądnicka 76, 31-202 Kraków, on business days and hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 2. Subject i the scope of the order was described in detail: a) in Annex A to the SWZ - technical parameters and requirements; b) in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.
