Tender Details

Delivery of furniture for dormitories I. The subject of the order is the supply of furniture for dormitories. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SWZ. II. The grounds for exclusion from the proceedings applicable in the proceedings in question in the scope parts 1-3: - art. 108 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, - Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022. on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security (i.e. OJ of 2025, item 514), - the prohibition referred to in Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. II. Subjective means of evidence, confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion: 1) Information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in Art. 108 section 1 point 1 and 2 of the Act, prepared no earlier than 6 months before its submission; 2) Information from the National Criminal Register regarding art. 108 section 1 point 4 of the Act, regarding the lack of a final ruling banning the competition for a public procurement contract as a penal measure, drawn up no earlier than 6 months before its submission; 3) Declaration of the Contractor, within the scope of Art. 108 section 1 point 5 Act on not belonging to the same capital group, within the meaning of the Act of February 16, 2007 on competition and consumer protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1714), with another Contractor who...
