3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel for vehicles and machines for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Brzesko, 32-800 Brzesko, ul. Kociuszki 68 in estimated quantities: a) Unleaded petrol 95 2600, b) Diesel oil 57100, c) Gas propane butane LPG 4 200, 3.1.1. The Ordering Party requires that the place of delivery is at least one gas station located at a distance of no more than 10 km from the Ordering Party's registered office. 3.1.2. Fuel will be delivered by refueling directly to the Ordering Party's service vehicles, or into appropriate containers provided by the Ordering Party.3.1.3. The Ordering Party indicates that the fuel quantities given above are estimates. The quantity of fuel ordered by the Ordering Party will depend on the actual quantity needs, therefore the Ordering Party allows for the purchase of larger or smaller quantities of fuel than those specified in SWZ.3.1.4. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the possibility of purchasing fuel every day, 24 hours a day. In the event of a breakdown or other random events that make it impossible purchase of fuels from the Contractor, the Contractor will be obliged to secure the possibility of purchasing fuel 24 hours a day from another...
