Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an FT container with an inverter for bimodal multiple units type 36WEh, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Annex No. 2.1 (Price form) and in Annex No. 4 (Contract template) to the SWZ. 2. Parts offered must: - strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, - be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the appropriate quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transferring standards European, and not encumbered by the rights of third parties, - meet the requirements specified in the Contract Template. 3.
