The subject of the order is the successive delivery of fruit and vegetables to the Veteran Social Welfare Home in Olsztyn ul. Faata 23K, 10-211 Olsztyn CPV: 03220000-9 Vegetables and fruits are listed in the appendix to the offer and price form No. 1.1, which is also an appendix. a contract in which the product range and expected quantity of orders are indicated. The offer must cover the entire subject of the order, otherwise the offer will be rejected as not corresponding to the content of the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. Food being the subject of the order must meet the quality conditions in accordance with applicable certificates, Polish Standards, food law and the applicable principles of GMP/GHP, GAP and the HACCP system or the Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000:2005. The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with a guarantee of the health quality and durability of the supplied food until the date of minimum durability or use-by date.
