Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new (4 pcs.), unused, complete sets of workstations with graphic monitors (8 pcs.) and accessories with the parameters described in the Description of the Subject of the Order; 2. If the subject of the order includes products, services, ICT processes, the Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service environment accompanying services or solutions, did not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on fundamental interest of state security; 2) the ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor services ICT or ICT processes specified in this decision; Failure to meet the above requirement results in rejection of the offer on the basis of...
