Delivery of four brand new forest mulchers The subject of the order is the delivery of four brand new (manufactured in 2026) forest mulchers (shredders for logging residues). The subject of the order was not divided into parts. The ordered mulchers belong to the same type of goods, offered by the same contractors, and the size of the order allows entities from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector to participate in the proceedings and complete the entire subject of the order. The purchase of homogeneous equipment also brings economic benefits related to servicing the equipment in one company. Training employees on one piece of equipment will increase the possibility of turnover of people operating the purchased mulchers. Subject of the order is the delivery of four brand new (manufactured in 2026) forest mulchers (shredders for logging residues). Detailed description of the subject of the order; 1) A detailed description of the subject of the order and its specifications are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). 2) Additional information: a) Minimum required warranty period - 12 months or 2, 000 operating hours of the device, counting from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol for the delivery of the subject of the contract. b) Delivery includes transport and unloading, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's expense and risk, i.e. to the Ordering Party's headquarters. c) Until the order is received by the Ordering Party, the risk of any dangers ...
