Delivery of Fortinet products and related services The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereafter referred to as "Purchase") is the supply of security and access active network elements of Fortinet, including related software licenses and technical support for these products (hereafter also HW and SW) to the extent defined by Appendix No. 4 - Binding draft of the purchase contract and its Appendix No. 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "Subject of performance"). The required elements will be used to supplement and expand the already existing centrally controlled infrastructure of the computer network established by the contracting authority on Fortinet products, where, due to unified management, security management of the entire network and the associated extensive know-how of the administrators, alternative solutions cannot be used in the sense of § 89, paragraph 5 of the ZZVZ. Delivery of SW and services (license, technical support for the next period, etc.) for previously purchased devices and Fortinet applications. An integral part of the subject of the VZ is also the provision of free service services for the delivered Subject of performance within the warranty period within the scope and set out in Appendix No. 4 - Mandatory draft purchase contract.
