1. The subject of the order is the delivery, in the form of operational leasing (with purchase), of a brand new passenger car for the needs of the City Hall in Szczecinek, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to this ToR. 2. The vehicle must be brand new, unused (it was not a demonstration or exhibition car), complete, with approval allowing for admission to traffic in accordance with applicable regulations and free from technical and legal defects. The car must meet technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).3. There must be a car registered and has license plates. 4. The Contractor will deliver the vehicle at his own expense to the registered office of the Ordering Party, Pl. Wolnoci 13, 78-400 Szczecinek.5. The contractor will provide an authorized service authorized by the car manufacturer.
