The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of operational leasing with the option to purchase a brand new tipper truck with a permissible total weight of 3.5 Mg, structurally adapted to right-hand traffic, equipped with a crew cabin, powered by a diesel combustion engine, with rear-wheel drive. The car is also to be adapted to be connected to O2 category trailers using a ball hitch. The vehicle is completed on the basis of a brand new truck chassis, manufactured no earlier than 2025 and meeting Euro VI exhaust emission standards in a version enabling registration of the delivered vehicle. The delivered vehicle must be made only of new parts, in accordance with the regulations allowing use in the European Union and meet the technical conditions specified in the provisions of the applicable law of the Republic of Poland. A vehicle previously used for demonstration purposes is not allowed.
