Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is delivery in the form of operational leasing with the option to purchase a brand new backhoe loader for the Skpe Commune.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the Specification of Order Terms.3. The subject of the order includes: in particular: 1) purchase by the Contractor, within the scope of his company's activities, of a brand new backhoe loader that meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, 2) handing over this backhoe loader to the Ordering Party for paid use on leasing terms operational, 3) delivery of the backhoe loader to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 4) providing all documentation required by law and documentation of the proceedings, 5) conducting training of the Ordering Party's employees on the day of delivery, 6) ensuring warranty and service in the formula of a factory package of extended manufacturer's warranty for a period of 3 years or up to 3, 000 operating hours, depending on which event occurs first, 7) transfer of ownership of the leased item to the Ordering Party after completion leasing period and payment of the buyout price.4.
