Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of financial leasing of a new truck with a cargo box, equipped in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in detail in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, with purchase. Required leasing conditions: 1) fixed-term leasing period: 1 (one) year from the date of receipt of the vehicle by the Ordering Party without any reservations 2) remuneration (price) payable in equal installments, monthly, starting from the month following the month in which protocol acceptance of the vehicle by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the payment schedule constituting an integral part of the contract3) installments with a fixed (unchangeable) interest rate during the term of the contract4) initial fee - 1 (one)% of the initial gross value of the vehicle, payable within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract5) redemption price 1 (one)% of the gross initial value of the vehicle6) the sum of the initial payment, remuneration installments and redemption price, reduced by the applicable tax on goods and services, must correspond to at least the initial value of the vehicle, in accordance with the regulations Corporate Income Tax Act7) leasing currency PLN8) depreciation write-offs on the vehicle, in accordance with ...
