Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food and dairy products in the quantity and quality indicated in the Description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches, according to demand. Delivery within hours 6.00 - 8.00 on working days from Monday to Friday. The maximum deadline for successive deliveries (each batch) is up to 3 business days after placing the order (e-mail or telephone). This deadline may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration the offer included in the form (the criterion includes the delivery time from placing the order). The Ordering Party requires delivery of goods free from defects. All delivered products must be of full value with a shelf life of no less than 14 days. The contractor in in the event of notification by the Ordering Party that the quality and/or quantity of the delivered items is inconsistent with the placed order (the goods are defective), the Ordering Party is obliged to inform the Ordering Party within 3 hours (by e-mail or by telephone or personally on the basis of a written protocol) to deliver the correct article(s), i.e. free from defects.
