Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) Frozen breaded fish cutlet (burger) Product obtained from minced meat of fish without bones, seeds and skin (fish content at least 55%), seasoned, breaded (breaded with the addition of e.g. thyme and oregano), pre-fried, preserved by freezing in specitemperature of -18 C. Quantity: 300 kg, 2) Fish stuffing (pollock, cod, sea buckthorn) stuffing granulation (1-3cm), without bones, skins and skins. Deep-frozen blocks packed in cardboard, layers interleaved with foil. Organoleptic requirements: frozen stuffing: uniform color of the block, typical of the varietytowards the fish; for knocked stuffing, the color from white-gray block to cream-beige, the same on all surfaces of the block; for stuffing with spices, dark spots from added spices are allowed. Quantity: 200 kg
