PART 1 Various food productsThe subject of the order is the delivery of food products (e.g. spices, pasta, flour, sugar, oils, groats) to the warehouses of the Ordering Party: Zesp Szkolno-Przedszkolny in Cikowice ul. Tysiclecia 12, 33-190 Cikowice, School and Kindergarten Complex w Jastrzbia, Jastrzbia 1, 33-191 Jastrzbia, Articles will be delivered to the Ordering Party's warehouses depending on the needs, in quantities ordered by e-mail by the Ordering Party's representative. The order will be placed at least 1 day before delivery. Goods will be delivered took place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Delivery of the products described in Annex 1A should take place at least Twice a week. The contractor will receive remuneration for deliveries actually made. The detailed scope of deliveries is specified in Annex No 1A to SWZ offer cost estimate. The given product quantities in individual parts are estimates and may be increased or decreased. They will be used only to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer, i.e. they do not constitute the final size of the order, in as a result, they cannot constitute a basis for filing claims for unrealized...
