Description: 1) The subject of the order is delivery in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, to the registered office of the Ordering Party, in the assortment and estimated quantities given in the tables (Appendix No. 1a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h/i/j). The Ordering Party informs that the order has been divided into ten parts. Contractors are entitled to submit an offer for any number of parts of the order. 2) The frequency of delivery of goods will be successive and in quantities depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 3) The estimated quantities of goods delivered within 12 months provided in the tables are the basis for calculating the offer price, which may change depending on current needs. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order in quantities of at least +/- 20%, i.e. from 80% to 120% of the estimated quantity of goods shown. For these order quantities, the gross price given will be calculated per unit of measurement of the given product range was valid throughout the duration of the contract, except for the cases indicated in the draft contract or resulting from the circumstances specified in the acts. For the purposes of determining the offer price, the estimated quantities indicated in the individual annexes of a given part of the order will apply. 4)Delivery of goods will be carried out by the Contractor's own transport and at his expense to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (food warehouses at SP ZOZ Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe MSWiA "AGAT" ul. Cervi 14, Jelenia Gora), on dates, assortment, required packaging and in quantities in accordance with current demand Orders...
