Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of red meat and animal fats, cold meats from red meat, poultry meat, and cold cuts from poultry meat.

2. The subject of the order is divided into the following 4 parts:

1) Lot No. 1: Delivery of red meat and fats animal;

2)PartNo. 2: Delivery of red meat meats;

3) Lot No. 3: Delivery of poultry meat;

4) Lot No. 4: Delivery of poultry meats.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order in terms of minimum quality requirements is provided in: Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - developed by the Military Services Research and Implementation Centery Żywnościowa in Warsaw.

4. Detailed quantitative specification is specified in:

1) appendix No. 1A to SWZ - regarding part No. 1,

2) appendix No. 1B to SWZ - regarding part No. 2,

3) appendix No. 1C to SWZ - regarding part No. 3,

4) appendix No. 1D to SWZ - regarding part No. 4,

- depending on the part for which the Contractor will apply. These attachments are also forms for calculating the offer price.
