Tender Details

Delivery of folding chairs and tables with covers 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of foldable chairs and tables with covers. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX SWZ. 3. The ordering party requires the contractor's offer to indicate the manufacturer/model/type or other data clearly identifying the offered product range. The name "Manufacturer" should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or of the entrepreneur placing the product on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. If the Contractor does not indicate the Manufacturer/other data clearly identifying the product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act as inconsistent with terms of the order. 4. The Ordering Party requests that, together with the offer, the subject matter of evidence be submitted to confirm the compliance of the offered assortment with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order related to the execution of the order, in the form of a card confirmatory characteristics: 1) for foldable tables and chairs: dimensions, type of material, type of frame and frame, carrying handle; 2) for covers: dimensions, type of fabric, mounting feet. 5. The Ordering Party accepts equivalent measures evidentiary evidence if they confirm that the offered product meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 6.
