Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the supply of floor-mounted underground battery locomotives with auxiliary equipment (Stage 1 of the order) and service (Stage 2 of the order).

Stage 1 of the order (concerning delivery) includes 3 sub-stages:

1/delivery of 2 pcs. factory-made new floor-mounted underground locomotivesbatteries,

2/delivery of 1 pc. of a complete station for replacing, charging and diagnostics of accumulator batteries installed on locomotives,

3/delivery of 1 pc. of an additional, brand new accumulator battery.

Stage 2 of the order (concerning service) includes:

4/service support in the period afterwarranty and during the warranty period to the extent exceeding the scope of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor.

Stage 1 of the order concerns the supply of devices that must be fully compatible with each other, intended for continuous operation 24/7/365 in underground mining plants extractingh hard coal, in workings at risk of methane and coal dust explosion, ready for installation, and after installation, ready for commissioning and operation, and meet all requirements and technical parameters specified in the Agreement and in the Description of the subject of the order. By Delivery Agreement (hereinafter referred to as OPZ)Part II of the SWZ - Draft Agreement is also understood.

Stage 2 of the order concerns post-warranty service of the devices delivered from Stage 1 of the order and their service during the warranty period to the extent exceeding the scope of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor. Specify the terms of service in detail...
