Delivery of five C-segment vehicles in an unmarked police version
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of five C-segment vehicles in an unmarked police version (hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or vehicles). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter XIX SWZ and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 4. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 5. Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2016. The Ordering Party informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Metropolitan Police Commander; 2) supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the personal data protection inspector: address: ul.
