Delivery of finished medicines - 05/LEKI/2026 III. Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: "Supply of finished medicines" - CPV 33600000-6 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3.The order is not divided into parts 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers: The Ordering Party did not divide this procedure into parts due to the fact that the subject of the order constitutes one indivisible whole. Moreover, splitting the contract would be unjustified actually and economically and could generate excessive costs of contract execution. Coordination of the activities of different contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow it possibility of submitting a variant offer. 6. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 241 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or others contractors referred to in Art. 94 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party does not provide for the requirements referred to in Art. 95 and 96 of the Public Procurement Law. 9. If the Ordering Party indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or specific information in the description of the subject of the order process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer equivalent solutions, provided that they maintain the same minimum standards...
