1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of fine coal in an amount of 46, 000 Mg. 2. Required quality parameters of fine coal: a) type of fuel: steam hard coal; b) type of coal (according to PN-82/G-97002) 31/32; c) assortment (according to PN-82/G-97001) fine coal M II A; d) number of RI corners: 3-35; e) class (according to PN-82/G-97003); Quality class (Qwr -Ar -Str) 22-14-0.7 The class of fine coal is described by a set of the following quality parameters: Qwr [ MJ/kg] - means the minimum calorific value in the working condition, Ar [ %] - means the maximum ash content in the working condition, Str[% ] - means the maximum total sulfur content in the working condition. f) Nitrogen content: up to 1.5%; g) Chlorine content: up to 0.06%; h) Minimum ash softening temperature: 950oC;i) Minimum ash melting point: 1350oC;j)Volatile content ≥30%;k)grain size 0-20 mm;l)overgrain content up to 31.5mm ≤ 5%;m)grain content 0-3mm ≤ 30%;n)moisture content (total) ≤ 18%.3. The contractor guarantees compliance with all parameters quality fine coal, indicated in point 2 above, delivered to the Ordering Party at the place of delivery (the Ordering Party's fuel yard at ul. Słoneczna 46 in Olsztyn). 4. The Ordering Party does not allow mixtures of steam coal other than type 31/32.5. The Ordering Party plans deliveries of fine coal in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.6.
