The subject of the order is the supply of new equipment and personal protective equipment for the TSO firefighters to promote safety in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The contracting authority divided the order into 4 parts and allows partial offers, i.e. part I - special clothing of the fireman(jacket and pants), part II - rubber fire shoes, part III - a firemen with a nahemla -flashlight, charger, batteries and firefighter balaclava, part IV - special fire gloves. The contractor is to meet the subject of the contract in accordance with the contract documents, in particular with the descriptionthe subject of the contract and the planned provisions of the contract. The order will be carried out to the extent indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, with the option of launching the option. Detailed rules for launching the options are set out in the description of the subject of the contract(OPZ)
and in the planned provisions of the contract. If the option is launched, it will be implemented under identical terms as basic order
