Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of implantable materials for eyelid implants to the Ordering Party's headquarters, in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 1 to this specification.2. Validity/warranty period: may not be less than 12 months from delivery date. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.5. The Contractor will be obliged to train the Ordering Party's staff free of charge at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1)6. Offers that do not have a full scope the subject of the order will be rejected.7. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification.
