Subject of the order 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of the experimental part of the SIMSEA Marine Engineering Process Analysis Simulation Laboratory for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin as part of the investment project entitled Expansion and modernization of the base laboratory of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description of the ordering party's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, - draft provisions of the contract specified in the template contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory.
