1. The subject of the order is the supply of a Hospital IT System (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), consisting of an ERP class system (hereinafter referred to as the "ERP System") containing or supplemented with programs integrated with it, providing support for work in the areas functionalities specified in the Offer and OPZ, together with the implementation service, granting a license, providing warranty services, author's supervision and service, as well as user training for the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław. 2. Subject orders include: 1) Stage I - Pre-implementation analysis, a) analysis of functionalities and business processes, in particular functionalities and business processes at the interface of the new System with other systems used by the Ordering Party, in order to developing the best possible method of implementing business processes and system integration, b) developing a detailed Implementation Schedule, c) preparation of the Project Initiation Document (DIP), d) preparation of Pre-Implementation Analysis Documentation (DAP), 2) Stage II - Delivery of the offered System (including ERP) along with the database* necessary for its launch and granting a license, as well as providing licenses for other programs required for the operation of the System**. 3) Stage III - Implementation the offered System, including: a) Installation for the implementation of the test, training and production instances of the System, b) Configuration, parameterization, adaptation of the System in a manner consistent with the OPZ and the assumptions of the Pre-Implementation Analysis...
