Tender Details

The subject of this contract is the supply of ERP and CRM system, including implementation services. In this selection procedure, the contracting authority does not allow the distribution of the contract into parts. The detailed technical specifications of the contract are given in Annex 1 to this call for bids. The subject of the contract includes: analysis and proposal Target solution • Detailed process and data analysis of the existing functioning of the contracting authority with an emphasis on linking business, production, stock and service processes in one integrated environment • Design of comprehensive ERP/CRM architecture, including modular extension in financial management, Project Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Customer Relationship Management • Proposal processing with an emphasis on supporting multilingual and multiple environment and full localization for Czech legislative requirements Delivery and implementation of licensed ERP/CRM system • Solution must be operable both in cloud and on-premise regime with hybrid deployment • The system must support modular extensibility and integration at least via REST API and ODATA • Full integration with office package, team cooperation and corporate analytics • future extension of service intervention, production management and advanced project planning • Provision of a test environment for introducing the system and validation of process migration and integration • design and implementation of the migration process with an emphasis on minimizing operating outages • data including accounting records, warehouse movements and customer history • Creating an integration layer allowing two-way data exchange with external systems (eg e-shop, EDI communication, accounting systems, DMS) Transaction • Implementation of Role-Based access rights and multi-level approval • Edit user forms, views and reports according to the contracting authority's needs • the possibility of deploying your own exten...
