Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 ergometers to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification.2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification. Co-financing of the order under the Project: Improving access to psychiatric care in the community model for children, adolescents and adults at the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie sp. z o.o. under FEM for Maopolska for the years 2021-2027. NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure in the event of failure to allocate the funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the contract (Article 257 of the Act Pzp).
