The subject of the order is the supply of equipment under the Civil Protection and Defense program Civil, including: Part 1 - beds and bed linen, Part 2 - flexible fuel tanks and farm equipment; Part 3 - disposable tableware; Part 4 - tactical flashlights. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template together with annexes, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts of the order from 1 to 4. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. 4. Due to the specific nature of the order (delivery), The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship. 5. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act. 6. The Ordering Party did not conduct any preliminary tests before initiating the proceedings market consultations. 7. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not require Contractors to submit the said evidence. 8. The Ordering Party, within the limits specified in Art. 462 et seq. act, allows for the possibility of implementing the subject orders by the Contractor using subcontractors.
