Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for storing and destroying classified documents, divided into three parts: Part No. 1 - supply of equipment for destroying documents; In the scope of part 1, the Ordering Party requires the manufacturer's price to be indicated in column 3 of the form, brand and type or other data clearly identifying the offered product range. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act. Under the name Manufacturer should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the price forms - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the templates contracts - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part of the Specification of Order Terms.
