The subject of the order is the supply of equipment as part of the Cybersecurity Local Government project. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the order specified in the contract and SWZ according to zoon offers. The ordering party requires a minimum 24-month warranty for the subject of the order, unless other requirements are specified in Annex 7 - Description of the subject of the order. Materials and devices that will be used should meet the requirements in accordance with conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order, should be brand new and meet the quality requirements of products admitted to trading. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, in the place where the subject of the order is described using European standards technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Indication of the equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with Art. 101 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law. rests with the Contractor.
