Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for professional laboratories of IT technicians and graphic arts and digital printing technicians, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Graduate of ZS No. 2 in Wieluń - modern technologies in transformation" co-financed from the funds of the Just Transition Fund under the Regional Program European Funds for Youth 2021-2027, contract number FELD.09.02-IZ.00-0003/24-00:2. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ. and in Annex No. 6, i.e. the contract template.3. The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party in Wieluń at ul. Traugutta 12. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order using his own transport, at his own expense and at his own risk. The order includes delivery to rooms located inside the building.4. The Contractor is required to provide a warranty for the purchased aids in accordance with the manufacturers' terms and conditions, counted from the date of receipt of the subject of the order and issuance of the warranty documents. Period is required warranty was equal to the warranty period. Other information was included in the Specification of Order Conditions.
