The type, quantity and minimum technical requirements are specified in the appendix 1.
The equipment must be new, unused and from the manufacturer's current price list.
Deliveries should be accompanied by certificates, declarations and/or other documents from the manufacturers, proving the quality and compliance with the requirements of the contracting authority. If the documents are in a foreign language, they must also be provided in a Bulgarian translation.
